The lesser Sulfur-crested Cockatoo is slightly smaller than a Sulfur-crested, though otherwise similar in appearance. They are both entirely white, with the exception of the bright yellow feathers of the crest. The underside of their wings and tail is also yellow.
Sulphur Crested Cockatoos are considered a medium to medium-large parrot, standing roughly 15 inches tall. They are entirely white from head to toe, with the exception of the bright yellow feathers of their crest and the underside of their wings and tail. This contrast of white and brilliant yellow makes the Sulphur Crested a very attractive parrot. The skin around their eyes is a soft, pale blue. Their legs, feet and beak are black.
